Hello my friends. I am coming to you at 3:20 PM Central Time on September 30th. The doors to rebrand are closing in literal hours, I wanted to drop this one in the 11th hour right before rebrand closes, because the biggest hesitation that I hear people have when it comes to joining rebrand is not the price. It actually revolves around doing the actual work. And I can really relate to this because anytime that I'm looking at a program. I'm at a point where the programs that I'm looking at are incredible programs. Like the value is there and I've put so much work into rebrand and I think you all can see that. You see that in my marketing. You see it in my messaging. You see it in my student success stories. You know that the value for rebrand is there. It's my highest priority in my business that my students receive way more value than what they pay for. So the value's there, but the hesitation comes from some combination of but am I actually going to do the work? Am I going to take the time? Am I going to prioritize this? Am I going to be consistent? And. I get it because I have been the person who struggles with consistency. I have joined programs and then forgotten to check in for a while. So there are a couple things that I wanna talk about in this little quickie episode today. We'll see how quick it is. You know how I am, but I wanna talk about two things. One, I wanna talk about the things that I have in place inside of rebrand to make sure that no student falls through the cracks, because I do think. That some of that responsibility is on the coach, it's on the educator. If our goal is to scale our businesses, and that's my goal with rebrand, like I want to serve as many photographers as possible. That's not always the goal. Inside programs, like there are programs where people cap them and that's totally fine, but that's not my goal with rebrand. My goal with rebrand is volume and. I only feel good about doing that if the experience does not change whether there are five people or 500 people in the program. And in order to make that happen, I have had to make a lot of changes and updates and things to the program to make sure that I'm in integrity with that. So I wanna talk about those things 'cause some of that's on me. But I also wanna talk about the mindset work behind this. Fear because that's part of it too. So let's start with the things that I have inside of rebrand to make it so you do not fall through the cracks. The first thing is we have weekly calls. Now, I've said on episodes before, I've said in my emails, I'll say it a thousand times, you do not have to come to the weekly calls to see results inside of rebrand, however. If you are a person who struggles with consistency, if you struggle with accountability, if you struggle with doing the damn thing, you should be at the calls at least a couple times a month, at least once a month. Like whatever works for your schedule. If you know yourself and you know that this is something that is hard for you and that you struggle with, and that you desire that extra accountability, then give your future self a break. And make it a priority to get to the calls as much as you can. There's always going to be stuff that comes up. It is unrealistic to think that you can come to, what's that 52 calls in a year like that is not realistic. But can you make it to three of them a month? Can you make it to one of them a month? Make something a priority If you know that accountability is difficult for you. I make this really easy. As soon as you join rebrand, you get access to Circle, which is the platform where everything is hosted. You go to the events tab, you RSVP. Once you are RSVP'd, you are going to get emails. Every time we go live for a call, it's 10 minutes before or something like that. So you don't have to create time on your calendar or do that yourself. I've been in programs before where it's a little bit of a DIY element of here's what time the call is. Put it on your calendar. Take care of it. Listen, I get that like from an accountability perspective, you're asking your people to rise up and be responsible for themselves. But to be totally realistic, I have missed so many calls because of that. And so I wanna make it as easy as possible for my people. So you literally click RSVP. Yes. And the rest of it is taken care of. Weekly calls, you're going to want to be present for those if you struggle with accountability and I make it as easy as possible. Other thing is the 24 7 community. As soon as you join again, you're getting that circle access, you can start asking questions immediately. This is one of the most active communities that I have ever witnessed, and I do a lot of group programs. Our people are so active. They want you to succeed. They want to help. We have brand photographers who have certain specialties, like I'm thinking of my client, Laura, who is you could give for that. You could give Laura a room with literally. No ambient light and she could light it and she could make it look like there's a giant window, like she's so skilled when it comes to lighting and she will answer your lighting questions. I think of Roxanne who has just like she has experienced so much life in her years, and if you have a mindset struggle or something that you're just like you're really struggling with, Roxanne is gonna be the first person in the comments to cheer you on. I think of Katie who. Is so willing to give back to other brand photographers and to help them. And she's one of our more established brand photographers. She's charging at a really premium price point and she is the first person to help out the next person. There are and there. And that's three people. There are so many people in this community. Who are present on a daily and weekly basis who wanna help you out. My, and that's not even including me. Like I'm in there every day. You can get help every single day. I don't just, it's not lip service that I am there to support you. That is my literal job, and I take it so seriously. You have. One-on-one level access to me in this group program, and again, I am not the only one. So the online community is top. If you are hyper fixating on something at 3:00 AM and you wanna come into the community and ask a question, do it on your time, right? Do it when you need the help, and then people are going to answer as soon as they're online the next time. So I'm not saying that there will be people online at 3:00 AM there may or may not. But you can ask questions when it works for you, and then I'll get back to you as soon as I see it, or as soon as my work hours start. In that same vein, we offer a review system. So let's say that you're in a busy season where you're not as, you're not able to attend as many events. You can use our review system to get support as you need it. So again, you're hyper fixating on something. At 4:00 AM you submit a review and then I will get back to you so you don't have to wait for the next call to get coaching. You don't have to wait until I'm online. You can literally do it. When it's when it works for you, and then I will get back to you within 48 hours. I don't limit the reviews, both in like how many you can submit and also in what you're asking for. So we specifically have reviews for things like your website, your messaging, your marketing. But I've done reviews for pricing. I've done reviews for proposals, I've done reviews for, I wanna create this subscription service. What do you think about that? So I can review anything in your business through that review submission, and you'll hear back from me within two days. We also have automated check-ins. I think that this is a big one because when you are, like, speaking from my experience, when you're managing a group of like 50 to a hundred people that's a lot of people. And the only way that you can do that if you have, is if you have really good systems in place. And as somebody who teaches systems as part of this program, like you better hope that I am practicing what I preach. And I promise you I am, I have invested a lot of time and energy in making sure that I can scale this program in a way that I feel really good about, and I have truly done that. I will name drop the programs. I've done a program called Systems Over Stress, and I have done a program called Rave Results, and both of them helped me set up both my curriculum and my systems to be able to serve a high volume of people, if that is the goal, which for me it is. Sometimes life gets busy, and it's been a while since you've been on a call or submitted a review. I have an automated check-in system to make sure, no matter how big the group is, nobody's gonna slip through the cracks. You're gonna get an email that says, Hey, it's been a while since you, we've seen you on a call. Hey, it's been a while since you've submitted a review form. How's everything going? Do you have everything you need? Are you spiraling because you're stuck on something? How can I help you? So you're going to get those messages. In your inbox to make sure that you can get the help that you need. We also have private podcasts and in general a very accessible curriculum, so I understand that everybody learns differently. If you like to learn by watching, we have training videos. If you like to learn by listening, this is me. I would much rather listen to a podcast than sit down and watch a training. Because I like to be able to multitask and do it on the go. So we have private podcasts for people like me. We also have a workbook, so if you like to watch, if you like to listen, if you like to read, it does not matter. We have a way for you to access the curriculum. Whatever way works best for you. So there are so many things inside of rebrand that literally exist because I have been in your shoes, because I have wished for things in programs or because I've taken programs and I'm like, this is dope. I want to be able to serve my people in this way. This feels like such a high touch, one-on-one experience. I want this for my people. So much of that exists. The flip side of this, however. Her is that you still have to do. The work, and I want to be very clear about that because I never want to get into a desperate energy to bring more people into rebrand, which can be tricky because I think this program is insane. I think that this program is so incredible. It's exactly what I wanted as a brand photographer. We've brought in like new co-coach that are gonna help with your messaging and your systems and they're gonna offer unlimited reviews. Like it is an insane value for what you are paying and the amount of access that you are getting. I love this program so much, and also I'm never going to convince you to join it. That's not my job. And I think it is really dangerous as a coach. It was my business coach who told me this years ago. It's really dangerous for me to want this more than you want this. You have to want this more than me. And so I have to lean back and make sure that you understand coming into this program, coming into any program, you have to be the one that wants this because you are the one that has to do the work. So yes, we have automated check-ins and we have a ton of asynchronous ways for you to get support, and all of those things exist for you to come in and have. Monumental success, but none of it is going to matter if you are not willing to do the work. And I see a lot of people who are considering a program, whether it's rebrand or something different, and they're nervous about not getting results. And to me what that translates to respectfully, because again, I've been there, is I don't know if I trust myself enough to get the result and. If this is something that's coming up in your business, I would argue it's probably something that's coming up in other areas of your life too. And I am speaking from personal experience, like perhaps you have been like me and you have joined workout programs in the past thinking you're finally gonna get your life together and be healthier or lose the weight or whatever, and then you don't do it. Maybe you have organized your pantry and you have thought, this is it. This is the organization that's gonna change my life and within three weeks everything is like going to shit again. I understand what you're dealing with because I have dealt with that too. And honestly, what it took for me was to finally get sick of my own shit. And I had a coach who lovingly called me out and probably said something very similar to what I'm telling you right now, which was, I cannot want this more than you. I can't. And there comes a point where you have to have a really honest conversation with yourself and say, what is the price that I am paying? By choosing not to address these issues by choosing to stay in chaos. By choosing to sign up for things and then not do them. That's a choice. I know that it might not feel like it. I know that it feels very passive, but I promise you it's not. And so the more that you can get into that active state where you're making those active decisions and you're saying, this is going to be different. I am going to do something different and not just say it but put things in practice. Put the calls on your calendar and tell yourself this is a non-negotiable. Put five minutes on your calendar every Monday and say, i'm gonna submit a rebrand review. Keep a note in your notes app with questions that you think of at random times so you can make sure to get coaching on the next call. Decide that you're going to make a post inside the Circle app every single week you're gonna make a post and you're gonna reply to post because things are going to be different this time. But you have to decide that. You cannot keep playing the victim and pretend like this is happening to you. These are decisions that you are making and you can make a different decision. I'm not saying that it's going to be comfortable. I'm not saying it's going to be fun. It probably won't be, especially at first. But it's what has to happen for you to get a different result. So if you're ready to do things differently because you want a different result, I would love to be your coach for that. I would love to walk with you through this because I have done it for myself. I have done it for clients, done it with clients, and I would love to have you be the next person. But if you want me to wave a magic wand and. Have you get all of the best results with none of the work and none of the self-accountability, then you're probably not ready for rebrand and that's. Just the way that it has to be. I wish that it didn't. I wish I could wave a magic wand. I wish that I could get you all of this through osmosis, but that is just not how this works. You have to want it, and you have to want it bad enough that you're willing to be a little uncomfortable, that you're willing to do things differently. If that's you, I think rebrand might be a really great fit. Doors closed tonight at midnight. I would love to see you inside. My dms, my inbox, all of it is open as you decide what's the next best step for you. I hope to see you inside.
